Jennifer K. Dick

“A writer is someone who is at their desk alone working on the writing,” states Jennifer K. Dick, an American living in Mulhouse, France and who runs a bilingual reading series in Paris. Writing in both English and French, the author of Circuits that was published by Corrupt Press in 2013, Fluorescence (Univ of GA 2004) and Enclosures (BlazeVox 2007) was a perfect addition to our French Expatriate Night. Her poems range from lyrical, to scientific, to moving, and the author herself has been called a “wordsmith,” mainly thanks to her attention to word crafting.
